Meet Fiorlo’s founder

Hi! I’m Caroline Rae

Trusted Global Executive Coach to trailblazing tech executives, high-ranking government officials and impact driven business leaders in global corporations and solopreneurs.

I’ve spent the last decade helping smart, driven leaders and business founders unlock the next level of their leadership, career and life.

I’m committed to helping you reclaim your mojo so you can accelerate your impact, income and satisfaction at work and in life!

My story

I’ve been a leader and senior executive and I have worked alongside Ministers, CEOs and executive teams for many years and in lots of guises. I’ve set up three businesses, built high-performing teams and secured £M’s in commercial sales and funding for social impact programs. In 2016, I decided to become a certified coach and use my unique skills to support impact-driven men and women achieve the success they deserve in work and life.

And while that’s all incredibly important (you do want to make sure you’re qualified), it’s not as important as what we’re here to do together.

You want to change why and how we work without all the sacrifices we’ve been told we need to make. And I’m honored to help you create the impact and change in your career or business you desire.

Because chances are, you’re here because you want to do things differently. You want to have a career or grow a business that feels good and that brings you the success and impact you want without having to sacrifice your health or your relationships with your friends and family.

But right now, that’s all feeling massively overwhelming and a bit out of reach, isn’t it? Because if you’re like most leaders who come to me for confidence and clarity on how to make an impact, you’re likely feeling:

>> Stuck. You’re not sure how to get to where you want to go.

>> Burnt out. You’re overworking, but you don’t know how to stop without affecting your performance and recognition

>> Stressed. With, well… everything.

And I totally get it. Because I’ve been there, too.

Over a decade ago, I found myself in what many people would describe as a dream job. Great pay, incredible exposure to big names in my industry and beyond, all the glitz and glam you could imagine.

And I was struggling. I felt out of my depth and like I could barely keep on top of all the different roles I had to play - people leader, strategist, communicator, expert, fundraiser, peacemaker. Plus, there was actual stuff to get delivered.

With all of this self doubt that I wasn’t good enough, wasn’t smart enough, wasn’t enough… the job completely took over my life.

I said yes to every request, I took work calls at dinner out with friends, I ran myself into the ground… and I didn’t even feel bad about it at the time. (Sound familiar?)

It wasn’t until I had a moment that was so completely out of character for me that I realized something needed to change. Urgently. So I hired a coach, and the first thing we worked on was getting clarity on my values.

That gnawing feeling I felt? The one that’s nagging at you, too? It was trying to tell me something, and I had finally discovered what that something was.
It was that my job — and how I was showing up in it — was completely out of alignment with the things that were most important to me. So I left my job and started on the journey of building a career in alignment with my values and where I truly wanted to have a real impact.

And today, I own a successful coaching company helping leaders who are facing the same struggles I was to get the recognition and success they want and deserve.

For the last decade, I’ve been helping leaders like you create careers or grow businesses that actually feel good, both professionally and personally.

And now, I’d love to work with you! If you’re a leader who is ready to challenge and release the outdated practices preached in the workplace and feel more YOU in work and life, let’s chat.
